- No-show (failure to use booked service): No refund

3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services may be non-refundable:
- Special discounted packages
- Peak season or festival bookings
- Promotional or limited-time offers
- Non-refundable hotel rates
Such bookings will not be eligible for refund under any circumstances.
4. Cancellation by Company
